With effect from 1st July 2013, TDS Returns will have to be validated using FVU version 3.8 which has been recently released by the Income Tax Department through NSDL.

TDSMAN users

Immediately update TDSMAN and the version of the FVU through the online update options provided in the software. Do call / email our helplines for any assistance.

Invitation to non-TDSMAN users

We understand, many deductors are facing problems owing to this new FVU version 3.8 as most of the software has still not been updated in compliance with the announced changes. Please order your copy of TDSMAN and be assured of smooth preparation and filing of TDS returns.

Very Important

Last date of filing TDS returns for Q1 - FY:2013-14 is 15th July 2013. With the introduction of Section 234E, there is now a provision of stringent penalties for delayed filing of TDS returns.
