Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (Minimum 5 years in SAP)

Age

40‐50 years Experience: 19‐22 years

The incumbent is expected to function as a key member of the Finance team with proven capabilities in the areas

of Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Funds Management, Project Force, Cost & Control. He will play an active role in

managing financial and accounting policies, tax and regulatory requirements. Internal Control and Tax

compliances. Should have wide exposure to Contract/Project/JV as well as Oil & Gas Accounting. He will play a key

role in financial planning which should be well aligned with the future requirements of the company. He is

expected to maintain good relationship with banks, auditors, statutory authorities and financial intermediaries.

Good knowledge of SAP is desirable. He will have to lead a team of qualified professionals and possess good

communication skills.

The incumbent must be a CA with hands on experience in Accounts & Commercial functions including direct and

indirect tax. He will be in

‐charge of day to day accounting functions, working capital, cash flows, fund raising,

finalization of accounts and taxation issues. He should have requisite exposure to project/ JV accounting. He will

also be responsible for the audit function of the company. Proficiency in IT & adequate exposure and

understanding of all modules of SAP ECC 6.0 is desirable.
