Required Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to do direct marketing of insurance producrs and recruit quality advisors (free lancer) & support / train them to enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.
Reporting
Regional manager/ Branch Head/ Branch manager
Principal Accountabilitie
1. In this profile has to do direct marketing of insurance products for 3 months.
2. Ensure that you have to do only 25k business for frist 3 months.
3. Provide on the job training & manage and monitor performance of Advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
4. Relationship Management.
5. Maintain persistence for the policies procured by them of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
Experience required for the Job: 0 - 6 years in sales
Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduate
Annual Salary of the Job: 1.80 - 2.0 Lacs + 12%Incentives on business +licencing & activitation incentive + Business Development Allowance
