Terms and conditions:
Duration /
Training Period: One year (extendable by six months in case of unsatisfactory performance). On satisfactory performance (to be assessed by Selection board) absorption will be done in E-1 Grade in the pay scale 16400- 40500 (IDA Pattern).
Stipend: Consolidated amount of ` 15,000/-pm. In addition bachelor accommodation (or HRA), medical facility for self only.
Leave: 12 days Casual Leave in a year.
Contractual Minimum 3 years regular service, after successful completion of Obligation : training period; failing which an amount equivalent to twelve month
stipend to be recoverable. Those appointed as trainees will be required to execute and furnish bonds, undertaking to complete the training course and thereafter to serve the company for a minimum period as laid down in the Bond.
Service Matters: To be covered under Conduct Discipline and Appeal Rules of the
Company.
No. of vacancies are tentative and subject to change. EPI reserves the right to shortlist and restrict the number of candidates to be called for written test followed by interview of the successful candidates.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
